I'm pretty sure Duncan would not have signed up to assistant coach unless he knew this was going to be Pop's last season. I think Pop retires after the Olympics

^ I hear you but I have a bad feeling he is not going to stop coaching on his own.
Combined with ownership, assistant coaches (including Duncan himself) being unwilling to tell him he needs to move on to more suitable pursuits.
