Watching it right now, and I swear every time a whistle goes off where Timmy is close to the action, he always puts his hands together behind his head. God, I miss watching Timmy play. And that includes those “I didn’t foul him” moments.

Holy shit that game was so close, and SO INTENSE.

What a game. The whistle blew every 13 seconds I swear. I forget that’s how games used to be

That nine point deficit in the third was scary considering how ridiculous Detroit was defensively.

After game 5 : holy shit we’re going back home with a 3-2 lead, it’s over baby
After game 6 : ok I’m scared

To me, that wasn't nearly as scary as the 4 pt deficit, Detroit with the ball, and with about a minute and a half left in game 5.

Yeah, with the scoring in that series, 9 points felt like 25 tbh.

Detroit was legit, the 2 best defensive teams here that season.

that was a tough series but home court prevailed

Still cant believe Sheed left Horry to double. One of the all-time brain farts in NBA history tbh.

That Horry 3 might be my favourite Spurs moment of all time

The Horry left-hand dunk in that same game was better, tbh

Never at any point did I doubt that the Spurs were gonna win this series, tbh. But I was surprised when they lost Game 6. Contrast that with a great many Spurs fans who thought Spurs were the underdogs or that they wouldn't have beat the Pistons in 04. I think it helped not being an SA native; I saw things more clearly.

Dick Bavetta and Joey Crawford. Don't tell me Stern didn't want to see the Spurs lose. Watch the nonsense call Bavetta calls on Duncan in the 58th minute.

Same exact referee crew for this Game 7. Stern didn't even try to disguise his cheating.

Lol Porker has 2 open teammates, choses to heroball instead, drives to a congested paint snd ends up with his ass on a floor and a turnover :lol

Less athletic Westbrook tbjh, overrated pos :lol

This was the Spurs finest victory. Best team they defeated.

Long forgotten, the following season the Pistons won 64 games

Sheed did nothing in game 7 as well. He had like 1 rebound.
