The talented duo of Allen Iverson and Chris Webber are off to a fast start, but the Philadelphia 76ers are still winless after three games as they visit the Indiana Pacers at Conseco Fieldhouse.
The Sixers fell to 0-3 after a 110-93 defeat to the Charlotte Bobcats in their home opener Friday despite another solid performance from their star tandem.

Iverson led the Sixers with 29 points and Webber added 20, but the duo hasn't found a way to get the rest of their teammates involved.

``We're playing a little tentative, playing not to make mistakes,'' Iverson said.

Philadelphia blew a seven-point lead in the final minutes of regulation in an overtime loss to Milwaukee on Tuesday, then were blown out the next night at Detroit. It won't get any easier at Indiana.

``When it comes, it's going to come like a storm, I hope,'' Webber said.

One of the reasons for Philadelphia's struggles has been the poor shooting of Kyle Korver. After setting the team record for 3-pointers last season, Korver has scored just eight points in the first two games, and went 0-for-5 without a point against Charlotte.

``I can't buy a break,'' Korver said.

Indiana's start has been quite the opposite, as the Pacers are coming off a 105-102 win at Miami on Thursday.

Jermaine O'Neal had 27 points and Ron Artest scored 22 for Indiana, which won on the road for the second straight night.

``We want to send a message to every team, not just the Miami Heat,'' O'Neal said. ``We know Miami is going to be right there coming down the stretch at the end of the season. Hopefully we can keep winning games and if it comes down to homecourt, we'll have it.''

O'Neal, who had nine points in the fourth quarter, made two free throws to put the Pacers up three with little more than a minute left.

``Our goal was to come down here and get two victories and we did that,'' Pacers point guard Jamaal Tinsley said. ``We just have to stay healthy and focused.''
