Tracy McGrady: Questionable Saturday with Back, Knee Injuries

Update: McGrady, who is already coping with tendinitis in both knees, is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against New Orleans because of back spasms, the Houston Chronicle reports. McGrady sustained the injury when he landed awkwardly after a dunk at Friday's practice.
Recommendation: "We're treating him for pain associated with back spasms," Houston trainer Keith Jones said in a statement released by the Rockets. "We'll be treating him throughout the day and evaluating him further. He's going to get a lot of treatment today, and we're not going to know anything until (today). Obviously, it's a game-time type decision." We'll continue to follow this, so check back for updates. If McGrady can't go, coach Jeff Van Gundy may go small with David Wesley or use Ryan Bowen at small forward.
