The ruling will be appealed and overturned, imo

I mean, if it only applies to one person, they it's probably not worth it.

"What's going on is actually that our governor, J.B. Pritzker, is threatening the very constitutionality of the land that we live in by taking actions on himself," Bailey said, adding that state law allows the governor to declare a 30-day disaster but does not explicitly outline whether such a declaration can be extended.
"The legislators, the House and Senate, have also been asleep during this whole time in just allowing, I don't know, fear, panic — allowing this governor to do as he wishes," he said.

I'm not part of the lawsuit, but yeah for the sake of American lives I do hope it gets overturned, you ridiculous idiot.

"While the judge's ruling only spares Bailey from the extended stay-at-home order, it does open the door for others in Illinois to join the lawsuit, or file their own....

Pritzker said the state Attorney General's Office will appeal the ruling....."
