Jags seem out of the question now that they and the city of Jacksonville have come to an agreement about the signage stuff.

Writer, the Resolution was to ONLY limit their signage sales for six games. They are also charging the Jags rent on that POS stadium. City council still hasn't approved this, either. The naming rights expire in 2007. That's an out for them. What happened between the Jags and Jacksonville is, at best, a bandaid on a freely bleeding wound. The situation basicly boils down to the following:

They are charging the Jags rent: Advantage SA
They are seeking to limit signage revenues: Advantage SA
They want a chunk of the new naming rights revenue: Advantage SA
Luxury boxes - none : Advantage SA
Naming rights end in 2007 : Advantage SA :devil

If Dallas fans had to chose you better select the AFC Jags or else no Cowboy games will be on free T.V. in San Antonio. I'd go with the Jags. Just because they are the better team.

Jags, I think the ownership is much better. Benson handling of this situation is really a good lesson on "What not to do?"
