"Defendant could have but failed to evaluate the impact of COVID-19 upon its 679 employees 60 days prior to the March 25, 2020 mass layoff, as evidenced by the fact that it gave no advance written notice whatsoever," the complaint said.

Usually there's another place close by so you won't miss much of the game anyways.

Not a Hooters, a Twin Peaks. In 2017 in Plano. And I didn't do jack shit except I was watching the Eagles vs Redskins game, week 1, it was right around halftime. Just enjoying myself, was in the outside part with all the different TVs, each one had a different game on. I completely ignored the girls and everyone around me and was just zoned out on the TVs when the dickhead (lowlife no-college white scum bucket around 35-40 range) came up and incited me and told me to fucking leave just because I hadn't "bought anything yet"... I left and went to the sports bar across the street but srsly, wanted to beat his ass tbh...

They've revamped their wings recently too, more flavors, more dry rubs, the alcohol is crazy over priced tho that's where they get ya

I'll never go back to Hooters. Had a terrible experience there. Met some bros there after work to have some beers and watch whatever games were on. Right from the get-go, our waitress was a total bitch. And I can pretty much ignore that shit but my old college bud, Parky D, can't let stuff like that go. So over the course of a few hours, they've built up quite a bit of animosity. It didn't help that we'd started doing shots and Parky was loaded as hell. At some point, Parky had enough of her attitude and after she served our drinks and turned around, he grabbed a beer bottle and chunked it out her. Missed by a mile. It sailed across the bar and hit some old lady in the head and sent her to the hospital. Later that night, I get a phone call from my mom saying that Nana is in the hospital. Yep...some asshole clocked her with a bottle of beer. Fuck Hooters.

I remember Grumpy's in a green old shack in a small cheap motel building. Right on I-10 about halfway on the drive between SA and Houston.

The place featured 50's decor and little old lady servers and was not a breastaurant, but the service (and the food) sure lived up to the name of the place.
