USA again acting like a spoiled baby.

Nobody in US mainstream media saying the real reason why US closed the chinese consulate in Houston.

They parrot US narrative that its due to chinese hacking, etc.

No. Its because china asked returning US diplomats to china (who had escaped in january due to the outbreak of covid) to go through covid testing AND quarantining when returning to china for work.

A very sensible request given that USA is a Covid infested tampon.

"KAREN" USA cried and bitched and rejected the request and now closed the chinese consulate

The United States will soon resume operations at its consulate in the Chinese city of Wuhan, where the novel coronavirus outbreak began late last year, the U.S. Embassy said on Wednesday.

Exclusive: U.S. delays American diplomats' return to China amid concerns over coronavirus testing, quarantine

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States has postponed flights for dozens of American diplomats who had planned to return to China later this month, after failing to reach agreement with Beijing over issues including COVID-19 testing and quarantine.

US STATE DEPARTMENT:

The U.S., in a brief statement, did not provide any details on why the consulate in Texas was targeted.

"The United States will not tolerate (China's) violations of our sovereignty and intimidation of our people, just as we have not tolerated (its) unfair trade practices, theft of American jobs, and other egregious behavior," said the statement, which was attributed to State Department spokesperson Morgan Ortagus.

Documents burned on the grounds of the Chinese Consulate in Houston

Media reports in Houston said that authorities had responded to reports of a fire at the Chinese Consulate. Witnesses said that people were burning paper in what appeared to be trash cans.

"It appears to be open burning in a container within the courtyard of the Chinese consulate facility. It does not appear to be an unconfined fire but we have not been allowed access. We are standing by and monitoring," said Chief Sam Pena.
