But it's the fact that you're saying that they call tears contusions as a matter of practice that's the issue. They don't. They just call then knee injuries or strains. The drop off in ball movement after White was injured in the Pelican game shows his value. Walker still seemed loss. Between he and Murray, they blew quite a few layups and missed their defensive rotations. DeRozan was impressive, and Eubanks is showing great improvement.

Don't think it was precautionary. He asked out. I think it's possible there were two different injuries rather than just one that was exacerbated. But at the same time, as I said, they showed him walking unassisted after being seen by the trainer. That doesn't suggest a serious injury. Even though you can walk with a torn ligament or meniscus or whatever, they tend to make you use crutches or at least have some type of boot to keep the knee from getting more unstable.
