I haven't heard any update on Barry leaving the game early. Will he be out with back problems?

All the more reason to be glad that the team is carrying only 4 swingmen.

Oh, and before I forget, I'd like to say Happy Birthday to Barry, who turns 34 next month.

Don't want to give MB any more reason to explode :) but it might be a good idea to grab some scrub swingman for a while. Barry and Manu are both a bit nicked up, might be a good idea to grab someone and see how they do with some real game PT. As long as it's not Spree of course.

People are starting to realise it now, Marcus is dead right. 4 swingman one a brutally physical 29 yo and 3 32-35yo ?? What the hell you'd think you'd want to try and develop a player for the future or at least keep someone around if injuries start surfacing.

I was too disapointed they don't sign a young swingman.
Beno should see some PT at the SG spot.
It won't be a matter against Bobcats, they are quit weak at the wings (furthermore Wallace is doubtful for the game).

I don't believe the "develop one now for later" is very reliable. Look at the youngsters the Spurs have had these last 3 years that have left. Tony is the glaring exception to the rule. Beno is on thin ice. Gone: Jason Hart, Alex Garcia, Devin, Mike Wilks, SJax, Speedy.

If you want a swingman now, get a swingman who's ready to play now.

Michael should use these Brent-absent minutes to get into a groove and raise his miserable FG% over the last 3 games ( 5/26 = 19%!! ).
