The rolling blackouts in 2001 were Repug FERC allowing dead criminal Kenny Boy / ENRON to extort, shakedown, fuckup CA's energy markets.

Rolling blackouts now are on PG&E and other CA electricity suppliers. capitalism at work.

No blackouts here. And we've been 100+ for days. Not unusual for South Texas in August.

Had a blackout here. Lasted for about a half hour. We get a few a year, tbh.

Texas is the windfarm State and produces more energy from wind power than Germany which is the largest in Europe.
Put em up on the farms on the coastal planes and keep going.
