Tough to defend Russ this series.
Love his fight ...and
he played relatively well in game three ...
But he does so many things wrong at times ...Except for his intensity and drive I cant tell my sons watch this guy THAT is how you are SUPPOSED to play the PG position.
But hey my sons are decent athletes not like they can do what he does well anyways ...
Harden being butthurt and trading away CP3 has came back against him, tbh.

:lmao Pretending this team isn't loaded. Outside of the '17-'18 Warriors, it's the best on paper team in a half decade easily.
‘17-‘18 Duds? :lmao
Let’s just look at last season:
-Raptors + Bucks with Brogdon/Mirotic were just as deep & more complete
-Duds/Sixers lacked depth but they were loaded with top end talent which is what matters most in the postseason
If you look at this season, the Heat are also a more complete team with the resurgence of Dragic/Crowder & the Celtics with Hayward have more top end talent. The Clippers are at best the ‘15-‘16 Duds sans Draymond.
Lets’s not forget how the Celtics with Kyrie were supposed to be the second coming of the Duds :lol“on paper”:lol
Assisted, maybe, but you can stop acting like he's being spoon fed. Anyone can throw some entry pass, have him score and record an assist, but he's still creating his own shot.
Davis literally gets more lobs, PnP jumpers & transition buckets via leak-outs than any elite player in the league. The only time Kawhi gets easy buckets is on occasional spot-ups or pick 6s. Let’s not act like guarding Tucker/Gabriel is comparable to Luka/Murray while being single covered by those midgets the majority of the game.:lol
So now he's to be commended for supposedly "coasting". The Clippers have one of the better defenses in the league, with a ceiling of best in the league when their give a shit level ticks up.
Work smarter, not harder. If he can led the team to a 10 point win as opposed to a 25 point blowout, what’s the difference?

This was expected, as AlexJones and I have been saying all year. Rockets are a better team than the Lakers. The OKC series was extremely fluky, Houston was the better team throughout, it was mostly bad luck.
Lakers can't keep up with Houston's shooting, Davis isn't good or mentally tough enough to take advantage of the lack of size and Harden is clearly the best player in this series.
LA's only chance is if this goes 7 since Houston will find a way to choke. It won't get that far, though. It's better for Lakers fans to lose right now IMO, getting swept by the Clippers would be much more embarrassing.
How is a team starting Danny Green at 33 years old? Giving Rajon Rondo minutes in 2020? Starting KCP?:lol

Very fluky series, there's just no way Lebron in year 17 is beating a team with 2 MVPs and then a stacked Clippers team with Rondo and Caruso as the 3rd and 4th best players on a basketball team on his way to a title. With KCP and 33 year old Danny Green starting. You need guys like Rodman and Kukoc to be your 3rd and 4th to win a title, especially in year 17.
It all ends next series.

Fluke plays happen in 1 game elimination scenarios, you can't win 3 games in a row, possibly 4 and call it a fluke :lol The Lakers adjusted after game 1 and the better team won. You were wrong about dem Lakers. Plain and simple.
Over the years, Harden gave you absolutely no reason to place any kind of faith in him in the playoffs but here you are :lol

IT may very well end next round... Clippers were the preseason favorites. Doesn't change the fact your prediction was shit. And you overreacted along with plenty of others to one game. I told you that Rox could not keep up tat amount of 3pt output but even when they did they still lost. If Lakers do lose my guess it will be mostly kawhi and potentially the bench. But I don't think we get swept my guess series goes 6 or 7 ...either way.
But even if Clippers win ...you still picked the Rockets and flamed miserably. Hopefully u didn't bet the way you posted.

Turn out the lights the dark star with two superstars that either flatly quit on (AD) or ruined franchises (LaRoid and Cavs albeit after a fluky title) will prevail as Brick sucks under pressure, D’Antonio cannot adjust, and Harden who should much more be dominating, has seemingly given up. Sad as the entitled Lakers will move on versus another despicable team in the Clippers -NBA truly stinks right now.

Bledsoe was at best their 4th best player & sometimes 5th depending on Brook Lopez’s shooting. George Hill was playing lights out that Bledsoe was actually expendable especially with Brogdon being the secondary playmaker & it was Giannis that came up small when it mattered.
So, Mirotic wasn’t in peak form but Lemon Pepper Lou & Harrell are killin it:wow
76ers were a slapped together, ill-fitting outfit, that had played less than 10 games together. Their best player was also sick/battling a knee issue.
Yeah that “ill fitted” team would have swept the Raptors if it wasn’t for Kawhi. Clipper literally have played less game with their full rotation available than the Sixers after the Butler trade.:sleep
Besides, Embiid wasn’t injured....he just had Gasolitius just like he did this season when he finished with ZERO points :lol
Warriors were paper thin.
It’s unfortunate that a starting lineup with 4 LEGIT All-NBA players only had guys like Iggy/Looney coming off the bench b/c Cousins got injured :cry
'20 Heat and Celtics are more complete? You've lost it.
Beverley/Morris/Lou are basically poor man’s Smart/Brown/Kemba & the Heat have Bam which allows them to roll out legit 2-way players at every position.
'19 Celtics were bad chemistry waiting to happen, plus they lacked someone capable of being the best player on a championship team.
Clippers had Lemon Pepper Lou fiasco, Harrell posting suicide notes, Playoff P dealing with mental issues, Marcus Morris doing Marcus Morris things along with Beverley then piled on to it by signing Reggie Cancer. The team has Jail Blazers vibe to it.

It’s unfortunate that a starting lineup with 4 LEGIT All-NBA players only had guys like Iggy/Looney coming off the bench b/c Cousins got injured :cry
Beverley/Morris/Lou are basically poor man’s Smart/Brown/Kemba & the Heat have Bam which allows them to roll out legit 2-way players at every position.
A “lot” for Davis is still less than half his shots compared to over 80% for Kawhi.:sleep
Debatable, but fine.
The difference is, the Clippers don't need Williams or Harrel to be in peak form. They don't need anyone to be, with the possible exception of Scumbag vs the Lakers.
More spin. Who said they didn't need Scumbag? The Clippers, like the Raptors last season, don't need a bunch of games to find rhythm because of the amount of creation, shooting and defense they have. Everything is relatively easy when you have that.
Apparently you didn't watch the Finals. Durant played 12 minutes, Thompson missed nearly 1.5 games, Iguodala and Looney were playing injured (not hurt) and Cousins wasn't ready. In the end, they were reduced to Curry, Green and fringe NBA players.
The Heat lack high end talent.
At least the Clippers have a more clear pecking order and veteran team than the Celtics did.
Whatever, Davis has outplayed Scumbag to this point. Deal with it.

I know the series is over, but I'm still happy for our 19 year old rookie THT finally getting some burn

At the 1min mark, when he does something positive, to see LeBron James emphatically cheering him on (he was supposed to be sitting and resting -TOSB :lol) had to be a great feeling for him. He'd probably start for the Spurs right now :lol
He's no star in the making, but I think he has the chance to be a solid role player. Lakers don't really develop players so who knows how long he'll be here.
