I never thought I'd root for the Heat in an NBA Finals. That's 2020 for you.

I did in '06 when they went up against the Mavs. I hated the '06 Mavs and felt they won the '06 series against the Spurs on bad calls, and just luck ala Manu's dumb foul on Dirk.

I rooted for them in 2006 and 2012

Pop/Spoelstra are each .500 vs each other in the finals.

I’m still trying to wrap my head around Adebayo not making the Team USA cut.
Maybe that helped wake up Bam. Or, the senility argument. I guess we’ll see how good he looks against AD, DHO and McGee

Craig "has more interesting things in his life then basketball. It's just a way I support my family."

Spo was able to take advantage.

Spo is 5-7 against Pop if you include 2014 in there. Pop is 7-5 against Spo.

I think Spoelstra has become a very good coach who may last 20+ years in Miami like Pop did in SA. Miami management definitely seems to operate similarly to the Spurs organization ...
