FYI there are several pending class action lawsuits for small business owners who the big banks ignored in order to process applications for larger loans first. You should look into that.

My manufacturing business got the loan because we applied for it the second it was available. The funds dried up quick! We got around 120K.
Some well off larger businesses that i know of got A LOT more cash (million+) than we did but they were in an industry that wasn't really effected by the virus (construction). Something is wrong with that for sure...

We got $250k since my wife is self employed with no employees. Invested it,sold for a nice profit, then paid back the $250k. It was a sweet deal. Did the paperwork the day the ppp funds became available and the bank didn't know wtf was going on so that probably helped.

I have a couple friends that got it but they own construction companies with between 75-400 people. They got over a million each but wouldn’t tell me exact.

There was still 130 million left when they closed it. They didn't run out of money. You must have fucked up the application somehow if you were denied.

I have some family members that are self employed. Some of them got the PPP loans while others didn't. It was really hit or miss with them.

The application process was a bitch. Just confusing as hell and the forgiveness is just as bad.

Trill
I just emptied the church coffers for my Covid loan, reinvested it very poorly, and lost it all.
Easy come, easy go.
Bless this great United country for giving US so many ways to make money.
Cool thing is I can claim it as a loss so I’ll make it up on my tax return.
God Bless
Let us all kiss the flag.
