There's no vacancy for Biden to fill and he doesn't know how the election will turn out. No need to bind himself to the records of judges that might turn off voters before the election.

There's no guarantee that Biden will have any opportunity to appoint justices if he does win. (Though he probably would, hopefully there would be some retirements.) Leaving people off an announced list might disappoint judges Biden wants on his side. Doing so without any political need might be foolish.
