Coaches from the College game are too restrictive and demanding. Instead the buddy coach checks the diversity box.

Lue has to coach a KL with nagging injuries and a weird temperament and the soft minded overhyped George while Vogel has a young athletic superstar in AD and the seemingly timeless (roids or hcg) LBJ so it really is not a fair fight unless others step up for LAC.
