nah not really. every once in a while i do but not really. i have my clientele and they refer others to me so i don't necessarily work like other shops who have multiple people working at them. i get walk-in clients too but it's rare. i went from a strictly private studio to a walk-in shop but i think i somewhat screwed myself with walk-ins by having a private studio first.

i literally get 10-20 or more calls a day from that mexican insurance crap and a multitude of scams by indians overseas. sometimes i get calls literally back to back which is insane. last week the same indian lady called me back to back about 6 times in 1 min.

what worse than random texts about tattoos, which i don't really get, is being around drunks at bars who find out you're a tattooer and literally want to tell you about all the tattoos they plan to get but will never actually get. so glad i don't drink anymore and haven't for years now. those drunks are the worst!

I've gotten tons of these texts and not a one of them has used the correct name. A couple have addressed me as my wife's name at least. I have fun fucking with them though.
