Maybe 1-2 years of finally returning to the glory of buyer's market. The USA is long overdue for a buyer's market and hasn't had one since the very early Obama years. Excellent news for a homebuyer looking to buy rather than sell. It has been a seller's market for historically way too long now, and the Trump presidency likely artificially propped up real estate prices for a few years longer than normal, but it's bound to go down now. Maybe not plummet to 2009 levels, but go down significantly in any case, before re-rising.

This is not necessarily a bad thing. Can be a good thing. Good time to buy, also fix and flip opportunities back on the table. Hopefully interest rates will go up. Sick and damn tired of zero interest rate crap. Not sure if that's the Republicans' fault or what, but it belongs in the garbage. Interest rates should be 3-6% minimum, and that's not mortgage rates tbh.

:lol you welch or you gonna pay me if Trump holds GA/NC/PA and Biden holds NV? As my map is by far the closest, off by a mere 1 ECV and within the margin of popular vote listed in that OP

I'm matching Splits' $250 to whoever is the winner, tbh... don't worry, no vote recounts here.

Yeah the few Trump supporters I know say the same shit.. I believe they call themselves "free thinking independents" :lol

Don't try and save face fool, you're a Trump supporter plain and simple.

Going back to the housing market it all depends on interest rates - we have agents begging to sell our home in a seller market near DC and in a year might bite.

By the way I got Biden 290 and winning by 3 in popular vote so maybe some money coming my way?

OP I don't believe you actually think the shit you post is true. There's low hanging troll fruit then there's shit you go for.

There's no reason to think the housing market will be affected either way.
