I"m trying to figure out what was the point of him firing the woman who is in charge of the nuclear stockpile.

I"m trying to figure out what was the point of him firing the woman who is in charge of the nuclear stockpile.

she's a woman who appears to be a long-time govt employee

Trash wants his own incompetent sycophant in her place, for 3 months. I wonder what nuclear industry wants Trash to do?

"The Republican chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee Sen. Jim Inhofe issued a statement criticizing (https://www.inhofe.senate.gov/newsroom/press-releases/inhofe-statement-on-leadership-changes-at-nnsa) Trump's Energy Secretary Dan Brouillette,

who he said "effectively demanded" the resignation of Gordon-Hagerty. (The NNSA is a semi-autonomous agency that is part of the Energy Department.)

Inhofe called Gordon-Hagerty "an exemplary public servant and remarkable leader" and

said Brouillette's decision "during this time of uncertainty demonstrates

he doesn't know what he's doing in national security matters and

shows a complete lack of respect for the semi-autonomous nature of NNSA.""

If Trash had won, he would have replaced 1000s of "unprotected" govt career professionals with incompetent, inexperienced political hacks, aka Bannon's "destruction of the administrative state"

Will Biden immediately annul Trash's EO that removed civil servant protections?
