The agreement is for the US to secure 100M doses of the Pfizer vaccine if Pfizer secures FDA approval. OWS has not run or funded the research itself. TL/DR: OWS is a great initiative, but its objective is to secure the supply of a large quantity of vaccine doses, for which it should receive credit when the vaccine is distributed. Not so much for vaccine research work
