I do think more and more that the deaths are mostly people with severe underlying health conditions, people who ignore the early symptoms and don’t get medical attention or don’t have health insurance to get medical attention, the deniers, and then the occasional random healthy and/or younger cases that are outliers. I get the sense that if you catch it early on and get proper medical attention early on, survival is very likely even for the older folks. That doesn’t mean it won’t suck or those long hauler, lingering symptoms won’t be a son of a bitch to deal with. I’m just talking whether it’s a matter of living or dying.
