The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday threw out a lawsuit seeking to block President Donald Trump's plan to exclude immigrants living in the United States illegally from the population count used to allocate congressional districts to states.The challenge was premature, nothing bars the states from coming back later. If the undercount causes them to lose federal money or representation in Conress, that would be a real injury.

Also, if 2020 Census ends up being statistically flawed, Congress can order Commerce to do it again.

Sad that Trump will very soon die as a one term president and a sore loser at that. :(
