Went to replace my 5 year old IPhone. The person waiting on my was probably about 20. She starts to offer new plans that lower my monthly cost. So I start to ask pretty simple questions about data usage and data curbs. And what's the difference between my plan and the new one. She can't answer other than responding that the new plan will save us $30 per month.
And it's probably not her fault. She's likely never paid a phone bill, or at least thought about a phone bill with multiple users and how much data we use.
She ended up calling the "manager" over. He was not much older than her.
The only solid response I got was, "well, it will save you $30 per month".
They also couldn't figure out how to print a receipt out for me. They kept saying that it will be emailed even though it never hit my email while I was there. So I'm supposed to spend money on an upgrade and trade my old phone it, but I don't get any paperwork with the details?
You're fucking AT&T and you don't have the technology to figure out how to print a receipt? Which was an option on my checkout.
