3 wins coming for the Spurs unless they blow it

Nah. Young team play down to their opponent's level, because they haven't established their own - not individually, nor as a team. Every game is literally 50-50, regardless of the opponent level.

Also, despite of some of the hype, Wiseman hasn't exactly been very good for the Warriors in terms of contributing to winning basketball.

True. But the way these two handled the Spurs, I wouldn’t miss them the next 3 games. GSG! :lol

Cousin is playing well when Wood is out.

I won’t worry about Cousin. He’s lost a lot of quickness. But I’m just saying that it’s a break for the Spurs for the next 3 games, which could easily be 3 loses the way Spurs played theses bigs recently.

The warriors still have Curry and the rockets have dipo and wall plus all of the nameless scrubs who ALWAYS go off on us. As long as we are giving up the 3 consistently, i don't have any faith beating anyone.

Have you been watching the Spurs this year? We are a 500 team at best capable of losing to a full squad of D Leaguers while we are at near/full health.

I think the Spurs are very capable of beating anybody, if they don't "blow up" the opportunity. They've beaten the Lakers, Clippers, Nuggets, Celtics, again if they play to their potential.

I'm just saying these 3 games could be a good break with Wiseman and Wood injured. Let's go Spurs!

I know. I thought the two games against Griz would be a cinch playing against a depleted team :(:(:(

while woods has been a spurs killer, i wouldn't chalk this up as a win. with LMA out, this will become a small ball contest. considering the way opponents have been draining threes against SA as of late, h-town could very well drain over 25 threes tomorrow night.

Damn Wood out? It's kind of fun watching him dominate LMA, tbh.

He killed us rolling to the hoop last time, opening their perimeter game.

Yeah, except they have done exactly that already this year. Twice.

Start Lyles over Aldridge. Might as well, right?

Lyles pretty much said there's lack of energy looking in, and he brings energy to the game whether defense or offense, resulting to a win.... hmm
Well he'll get his chances. Imo Lyles and Eubanks put better defense instead of Aldridge. And the youngsters could fill the scoring gap left by Aldridge. Aldridge is just a defensive liability out there, tbh

Rockets announced that center Christian Wood will be evaluated weekly after an MRI revealed a right ankle sprain. That qualifies as good news considering the concern after he severely rolled the ankle last night.

Good news for the Spurs, they had no answer for either guy. Wood dominated the Spurs and Wiseman had his best game of the season against the Spurs using the same pick and roll alley oop play against them repeatedly.

Actually, they did a good job on Wood the second game w/ HOU. They switched Keldon to be his defender. He still put up some numbers, but the 3 pointers and FTs were cut way back, and we won.

Not sure Wiseman being out impacts our chances against GS all that much. Take Curry out and then those are games the Spurs shouldn’t lose.

Warrior's big men Wiseman and Looney out tonight.
With no post threat, there is no reason the Spurs should leave the 3's open to help.
I see Keldon abusing the rim.

Let's go Spurs! :flag:
