Susan Collins. He’ll tell us about how concerned he is, how he doesn’t really like trump, but in the end, will always support and vote with him

Fake news, Nancy
Never voted Dump and never will. Will most likely never vote GOP unless Dear Dr Ron Paul runs or if Tulsi ever runs for them
Its still hillarious that after so much outcry from globalists, Trump still own GOP and will most likely represent them in 2024 :lol

There has been little-to-no outcry from Republicans about Trump representing their party. They've stood by him at almost every move.

Something those 7/10 RINO senators/representatives, who voted for that farce of an impeachment, don't seem to understand.
Great news.
Remember when people were saying how it’s the left destroying itself and how they’re going to lose very badly because they keep fighting? Good times.

What should they understand? Get behind the team no matter what?
LOL "RINO" being used to mean "Not a Trump sycophant." You guys don't even know the meaning of Republican anymore. Fuck you and your philosophy.

I also love how McConnell gets a pass because he voted to acquit because of the process and then went on the Senate floor, said Dennison was guilty and should be prosecuted by DoJ.
Not a RINO
Trump is going in deep on the turtle.
Hows that acquittal vote going for him? :lol

Is it really surprising that about half of GOP voters like Trump? We're talking 15%-20% of the voting population here.

It is surprising to me. I thought he would not go away but hes basically back to his baseline. Given that 1/2 americans dont vote thats a pretty big %
U are talking about 35 to 70 million peeps

This is a poll among republicans. He never really lost them. 70-80 percent are forever with him.
He’s tanked with independents.

Right. And you also have to consider the number of conservatives who view themselves as "independent" even though they vote straight party GOP.

That's a bit down from before the election though, IIRC... he was closer to 70% among GOP voters...
But, it's understandable IMO. There's the amount of butthurt of 8 years of Obama (see derp for permanent damage), and the cadre of terrible candidates (look at that list).
It's going to be interesting how things work out in the 2022 mid-terms. Is the GOP going to split and present both Trump/non-Trump candidates and what happens if either wins.

Oh trump candidates will keep sweeping. No doubt.
Congressional elections are prime for trump candidates. The question will be if enough win to take the house?
If they do Dump is coming back with a vengeance (provided the 80 year old fat fuck doesnt bite the dust by then)

With the Chamber of Commerce breaking with Trump, it means there's going to be fresh dollars for non-Trump candidates, which can only favor democrats.
I dunno how it'll all play out, but it's certainly the main plot right now in GOP politics.

Not according to the results of the trial tbqh. That's what partisan types look at, "you're dishonest and out to get me, I'm going to discount anything you say and only go by the trial results and even then only if we have a majority". Sadly the results usually run right down party lines indicating almost zero actual objectivity. For this reason the snowball effect of distrust keeps gaining momentum.

You really must have missed the last 4 years where most america called the 2016 a Russian hacked election where Trump was complicit in it. They said he was guilty from day 1. Trials dont matter in this 3rd world shithole.

Trump retained the office though so what I said holds true. It's about majority. Right and wrong are just storylines for the media and depending on which flavor of media you select, the story can be completely opposite. It's not far from 3rd world shit tbh

Sure but remember. History is written by the winners.
