Never fat. Slightly overweight in my 30s-40s. At 150, I'm 15 lbs less than my weight as a senior in high school.

If you are obese, my condolences. Explains your N95 mask. Be safe at the drive thru. Maybe get a single instead of a double. No need to super size.

Unlike race or gender, weight is not an immutable trait.btw, there's no such thing as race, biologically. did you mean skin tint? that can be changed.

gender can change too, did you mean sex? many make a distinction between the two. one is acculturated, the other is the result of sexual differentiation.

weight isn't a marker of moral character or worth, you just have a hangup about it.

The Alabama Senate passed House Joint Resolution 24, recognizing January 22 as the Day of Tears. Sponsored by Representative Tommy Hanes (R-Bryant), this resolution calls for private citizens in Alabama to lower their flags on January 22, in honor and remembrance of the over 61 million innocents who have lost their lives to abortion. The Senate joins the House, who passed the resolution on February 11th.
Alabama has long been a leader in passing laws providing protections for the unborn. Legislation has included the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, Unborn Child Protection from Dismemberment Abortion Act, and the Human Life Protection Act.
“HJR 24 is an important step in the mission to change our culture to one that embraces Life. Thank you to the Alabama Legislature for designating a day to remember and mourn those whom we have lost under the guise of ‘choice,” said Anne Fitzgerald, Day of Tears Executive Director.
Day of Tears (http://dayoftears.com/) is a 501(c)(3) committed to the lives of the preborn. The organization’s goal is to have flags lowered across the nation on January 22, in remembrance, honor, and mourning for the over 61 million lives that have been lost to abortion. January 22 is the Day of Tears; please lower your flag.

THE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on January 22, 1973, a majority of the members of the United States Supreme Court ruled that access to abortion was a right secured by the Constitution; and
WHEREAS, since that fateful day, over 61 million unborn children have perished, amounting to an entire third of Generations X through Alpha; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA, BOTH HOUSES THEREOF CONCURRING, That January 22, 2022, is recognized as the Day of Tears in Alabama, and citizens of Alabama are encouraged to lower their flags to half-staff to mourn the innocents who lost their lives to abortion.

No, it has nothing to do with that. They simply did not rule on the merits of the law. They'll get to that later on when the case gets there.

They ruled on an emergency request to suspend the law from taking effect until it gets to them.

As a matter of fact, this is part of the news report:
The majority stressed that it was not ruling on the constitutionality of the Texas law and did not mean to limit “procedurally proper challenges” to it.

What's relatively new about this is that generally these emergency stays are granted, because they they cause irreparable harm.

If it had been granted, would it not have caused irreparable harm?

Don't answer if you can't get out of your perma snowflake space. :lol

PP is mostly in low-income communities and those low-income women can afford a lyft & an abortion but not a driver's license or a lift to get to the dmv? Hmm....

Btw how is abortion "healthcare" exactly? I can understand complications that arise but merely wanting to abort your child is not "healthcare" whatsoever.

They could offer to pay for condoms; that would be much cheaper.
