yeah, the Trump corporate tax cuts didn't do anything significant for job growth which was already strong before that, the trickle down just put more money in the pockets of CEOs, big wig execs and stockholders. Regular salaried employees didn't realize any significant increases in salary other than on par with inflation.

Now personal income tax decreasing I agree with and do not agree with raises in personal income tax for anything under $1million, considering $400k really isn't a ton of money these days. You can't even buy a decent house for $400k these days in or near a decent city/suburban area.

Yeah but there are some of us who are against borrowing for the sake of principle (not to be confused with principal). I'd rather have the interest rates at a much more market-natural 6-7% but prices a more reasonable ~$100/square foot for a quality built house in a decent community or suburb with a decent sized lot.
