Back in the day, I was like, why did we trade Paul George??!
For this raw prospect with really big hands who demonstrated good on-ball defense in college but a mediocre to bad offensive skillset including the tendency to commit charging fouls way too often.
But it was then that Wing Stop was born, we ultimately suffered through Both Teams Played Hard, followed by 6 when it felt like we couldn't lose in any worse way than in BTPH 2012 after winning 20 in a row. But it all led to 5 which was forever worth it and the legend of :claw was born. I'll never forgive Poop for losing favor with him and trading him in his prime.
But what if there was a way to get both of them back in the same trade, from the same team? Maybe there is.
How many prospects and future draft picks would we give up to the Clippers in order to get them both back?! I would trade anyone and everyone and include Washed LibBot Popovich in the deal as well.
