You add in that there is virtually no practice time for the ones who really need it like Keldon and its easy to see why the Spurs have struggled for the past month. But they aren't trying to lose games.

Agree with Pop's grade. Starters didn't play a ton of minutes per se but they should have played about 8 less. This game was over in the third quarter, Pop should have had Luka in the entirety of the 4th and probably half of the third

Spurs aren't out-tanking the likes of the Kings, Wizards, Thunder, Rockets, Wolves, Magic, Cavs, Pistons at this point.

They could actively try to lose every single game and their position in the overall standings isn't going down much because the other teams are doing the same thing.

We are pretty much firmly in the 8th-14th draft range which is going to be able the same level of talent in this draft, so rooting for losses and pissing off the fans doesn't make sense.

Patty Mills has gotten annoying with his hero-balling. I really thought he stunted Walker's momentum last night by chucking up shots so fast. They don't accomplish anything if they don't get into the playoffs, but its obvious they value the chance at getting in more than moving up a couple of spots.
