European Summer Vacations

It's looking like those of us who are vaccinated may be able to go to Europe soon... but I'm not sure that makes it a good idea to go.

What are your thoughts? I have already booked one of my summer vacations and it's domestic only for me. But I'm not sure about my next trip this year.

In the next week museums & hotels will open.
Also outside seating for restaurants/bars at 50% capacity.

Inside seating and even bars open late will likely be mid-late June.

By August business should be back to normal.

I am planning flight the first week of June.

I'll probably head over there first for work... but I don't see it this year... same with Asia...

I do think we'll be out of the woods for sure by the end of the year with the way things are heading, and after that it should be back to relative normalcy...

Babble and all those language learning apps are a joke. Just watch TV or movies in your target language and read in it. Unless you're totally new to the language, in which case textbooks are better.

She is in her mid 20s. Never left North America. Has occasional immaturity when she drinks like losing stuff. I don't want to babysit. That was me at the 2006 World Cup.

By now I know what I want and when. Each vacation I accomplish more of my pre-trip goals. And yes this is a great opportunity to find Love with a Polka and have that family I still envision. Would be nice to show off my pretty tan chicka to my fellas living there though :lol

Next fall off to London for some soccer when the EPL starts again.
Although it might be a bit over priced as the fans there got starved out this season.
My usual sauces have warned me they will not be supplying as their entire family wants out to the green field.

Might try to take in some lower division games if so. Always a place at those games.
