One of the frustrating things about the NBA is that they have available technology at their fingertips, but choose not to use it. There's a fine for flopping, but it almost never gets used, despite hours of videos on youtube that show players-- often the same characters-- flopping over and over. Same for dirty plays. There should be a punishment for dirty play, whether it's discovered in the moment, or the next day on tape.
