Like a cheap knockoff of something in between Justice League and the Shazam Marvel family. The script is clunky and the origin story felt rushed. Mediocre special effects, somewhat predictable plot. The only solid character with any depth is the dude that can teleport. For some reason I still felt inclined to watch the entire season.

5/10

When I saw clips of this my first thoughts were of the Boys. A pretender of sorts.

I wish it were like the Boys. Even the costumes are bad

I thought it was ok. I kind of wanted to see where they were going. The daughter’s character was a little over the top with the whole “daddy was never there for me” bullshit. It doesn’t matter now because it’s done. Oh well.

Anyone think 'Weeds' is a series worth the time investment?
I'm two and a half episodes in and find it to be nothing special at all, other than it brings back a little nostalgia of a time and place.
