So it's a group of dumbasses who DM each other and plan ways to annoy other people for entertainment. Still sounds like sociopaths who need major help to me.

Gotta agree 100% with Dejounte here. I understand the impulse towards less moderation, but it's pretty ridiculous when like 50% of the site is spamming, trolling, and attention seeking.
