Update: Allen needed 19 shots to score 19 points Sunday before fouling out at Toronto.

Recommendation: Allen's shot has been askew lately. He's made just one of his last 15 3-point attempts. He had four assists and two steals Sunday, but he also turned the ball over six times.

I'd like to know what's going on with Ray Allen's shooting. I mean, this guy led the Sonics to eliminating the Webber-less Sacramento Kings from the first round of the playoffs last season, and was giving the Spurs some trouble in the next round. He was a great shooter last season, especially from "downtown". Now, his shooting sucks. I mean, normally, you don't become a bad shooter overnight.

Right now, I'm willing to bet that the Sonics are sitting there, wishing Chip Engelland was on their coaching staff. If such was the case, then Ray Allen would be already be shooting at his regular percentage from the field already.
