There was a kick ass taqueria on campus last year that made the best breakfast taco's I've ever eaten. Then the stupid campus changed food providers and Aramark chose not to renew the taqueria's contract.

Stupid campus.

Hacienda Durango at Culebra & Callaghan are worthy breakfast tacos -- especially at $.89/ea.

Taco Haven on Gevers between Fair and Steves is the best place I've had so far. Patty's Tacos on Hackberry is pretty good as well.

Exit Culebra off 410, go inside the loop and it's right there at the corner of Culebra & Callaghan. It's super easy.

I made some holy-shit-I'm-hungover/cleaning-out-the-fridge breakfast tacos one time that were seriously out of this world. I've never been able to create some quite like them since....

Had breakfast taco's at Mouse's crib after returning from All-Stars and had breakfast taco's at another mexican place returning from bible study lead by D-Rob.
Talk about 2 different tastes!

Sorry to Hijack this thread but when I was a little Taquito I remember one night one of my brothers came home a little toasted :drunk and saw a skillet of food on the stove, he heated it and started eating, my other brother came in shortly after that (he was toasted also) and began to eat also.
Anyway the next morning Momma Taco says "Hey what happened to the Scraps (from every ones plates) I had here for the Dogs?" :lol

The Original Hot Donut Shop on Fredricksburg Rd., they have two separate drive-thrus, one for donuts, the other for tacos - that's how good they both are :fro

The content of the tacos was something like:

leftover ham and a sausage link from Bill Miller's
chopped up marinated onions (Bill Miller's)
Some green onions
all I had was red potatoes, so I used those
chopped up bacon
a small piece of red bell pepper
eggs
and about a 1/2 pound of cheddar melted on top

there's gotta be one thing I'm missing...but I can't remember what it was... :cry

In the Universal City/Schertz area...Taco Sensations (right outside Randolph AFB) is excellent. But, the best ones in the area are at B&G's Catering on Main Street in Schertz (at the railroad tracks). B&G's has some really good brisket, too.

In a pinch, Taco Cabana or Rudy's will do for breakfast tacos, especially if you're in an area where you don't know the Mom-and-Pop places; at least you know what you'll be getting and they're pretty much the same at all the stores.

Man don't knock it ... I'll give you my best friend's number right now and she'll vouch for them. She still brings it up. :lol

And yes, we were probably still a little drunk. Taco Kitchen used to have the best carne guisada tacos ever when I was younger....but I haven't been there in years, so I have no idea anymore.

I love Taco Sensations, but I'm gonna have to try this B&G's. TS's tortillas are freakin' awesome. That's what makes them so good.

Cristan's is very good, too. I haven't eaten tacos from there in a very long time, though.
