I hate the fujimoris with a passion, but actually Castillo cried fraud first when she had a tiny lead, both candidates did the same thing accusing fraud with no evidence just because the margin was below 1%

Glad keiko lost though, its a disgrace she was even allowed to run with her criminal record...

America, led by Trump and his murderous, treasonous cult mob, including Repug pols who signed on to annul the election, have set a BAD-FAITH, ANTI-democratic, fascist example, that is/will be followed in other countries.

America is no longer an example for the world of a well-functioning, representative democracy

America now excludes the democratic fundamental of peaceful transitions of power between Presidents.

Which is the most powerful party? Who wields more influence?

By the looks of it either party has a legitimate case to make. Being the small margin and all. In a recount 100k votes can be manufactured easily, specifically when corrupt people are involved.

Meh "leftist"

Illl see it to believe it.

Ecuador Lenin Moreno was supposed leftist and turned out to be a US puppet. Similar suspicion here.

Looks like CIA has resorted to planting moles in leftist parties nowadays.if you cant beat them, join them. Then offer them more money :lmao

Traditionally keiko's party is a lot more powerful, this is the best result ever for Castillo's party. There has been a sort of Arab spring in south America and Peru is part of it, people are tired of the corruption from the usual suspects and looking for new actors...
I don't know enough about Peruvian politics / Castillo to vouch for him but the common sentiment which I share is, he can't be any worse than the traitorous thieves that preceded him!! So like I said I'm glad he won but the mere fact keiko was his opponent shows the debauchery and disdain for the people from the right who dont have the decency to put a candidate who isn't a criminal to represent them, the media paints Castillo as a commie with ties to terrorism, usually that's enough to torpedo a candidate in south America but he won despite that. Peru is a disaster right now with corona and iirc 5 presidents in 4 years , but kudos to Peru they actually put their politicians in jail when they get busted for corruption

Montesinos is serving multiple sentences (https://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/sep/28/peru-spy-vladimiro-montesinos-sentenced-forced-disappearances) for human rights crimes, corruption and arms and drugs trafficking in a maximum security naval base prison, yet he was somehow able to use a landline number to make 17 phone calls (https://www.idl-reporteros.pe/) to Pedro Rejas, a retired military officer and formerly loyal Fujimori cohort who later revealed the recordings (https://www.idl-reporteros.pe/).

Peru’s defence ministry confirmed the security breach at the navy-run prison and said three guards and one officer had been removed from their positions.

In one conversation, days after the election (https://www.theguardian.com/world/2021/jun/03/peru-presidential-election-pedro-castillo-keiko-fujimori), Montesinos appears to suggest bribes be paid through an intermediary to three of the four members of an electoral tribunal to favour Fujimori in a recount.

“If we had done the job as we had proposed it we would not be in this shitty problem,” Montesinos, 76, complains at one point in the recording.

who's the globalist in this situation?

Usually both sides, tbh.
But the lefty tends to be the favored one.
Globalists get more of their agenda accomplished that way.
