Nash working Budovich in Game 5. With Harden playing like dog and Kyrie Irving out.

Paul Westhead - Los Angeles Lakers (1979-80)
Pat Riley - Los Angeles Lakers (1981-2)
Avery Johnson 2006
Stheve Kerr Warriors 2015
Tyronn Lue Cleveland 2016 (real coach Lebron)
Nick Nurse Kwa Raptors 2019

Probably missing some.
*Granted, most inherited stacked teams.
Won Championship / made Finals.

It's about players. Luke Walton had what, 33 game win streak or something stupid? Never coached a day. That doesn't mean head coaches don't matter, but when you have by far the fastest runner in the Olympics, the running coach isn't that important.

Atlanta wasn’t even a playoff team until Nate McMillan took over, now they’re almost in the ECF.

With a ton of help from "experienced" Doc Rivers. :lmao

Ya would have loved to see Nate Mc coaching the Spurs starting in 2015.

You're thinking of the 33-4 mark he hit IIRC.
It wasn't a ringing endorsement for Steve Kerr.

A huge problem with today's NBA coach is that he doesn't have the balls to take on "stars".
Donovan Mitchell was limited and should've been benched tonight.
This might cost the Jazz a WCF appearance.
