How come I can't play any NBA.com Videos? I would click on a link and a screen would pop-up, but the screen just stays black.

You don't have the necessary player.

This is usually a problem with the RealOne player. Follow these steps:
1. At the top of the RealOne player, select "Tools" -->"Preferences"
2. In the Preferences popup click on "Hardware" on the left
3. In the area that says "Video card compatability", uncheck the "Use Optimized Video Display" box. :smokin
