Fiesta colors were the shit. It was the only time I could wear pink without my friends feeling uncomfortable around me.
We need some retro fiesta Spurs gear!

Manu uses behind-the-backs to get out of trouble a lot and it's very spontaneous.
That particular pic is when Manu had gotten the ball on a break near halfcourt and DA tried for the steal from the side. Manu saw him last minute and whipped the ball behind his back and away from DA's reach. It was quite ill.

ya, DA was trying to steal the ball from Manu, he wasnt guarding anyone else at the time. Manu just broke DA's ankles like 6 different ways on that play.

Just think, the Spurs were this close to signing the man on the right for six years instead of the man on the left. How different would our team's success have been if that had happened. I don't know about you but I'd say the Spurs dodged a rather large bullet there.
Quite a few people in here were in favor of signing DA back then.

Me too! I mean I was in favor of signing DA. It's a good thing I'm not GM, but then again, DA might have flourished as a Spur, we'll never know.

Gay. Why? So we could pay him 8 million a year to play 40 games a year? Fuck that.

I concur. And the sad thing is some Spurs fans hold up the best decision the Spurs ever made as proof Holt is cheap.
