Rep. Murtha made a good point when he said our troops mission is done in Iraq.

They took out Saadam, and searched for WMD's(there were none), all the things that this administration said needed to be done.

They have a constitution and have had two elections. Let the troops come home now.

The phony poser who landed on the aircraft carrier (Dumbya) should realize this by now unless he has some other reasons for staying there, like invading Iran, Syria, or whoever else is a threat to his Oil buddies or Israel!

It is time to bring them home!

I am a conservative and a Bush supporter. I agree with your post.

It is past time to start the pullout.

However, and this is critical, even though harder to understand,

our Troops must be pulled out in a slow methodical manner.

slowly but surely. with more Iraqi police taking control, day by day.

and then? before anyone is the wiser?

the Iraqi Police force is in 99.9% control.

I will reserve .1% for the United States Military, as American WILL ALWAYS have a presence in Iraq. If/when insurgents strike? Because they feel the big bad USofA is gone? They will be squashed by that .1%.

The best of the best special forces will remain to exterminate on demand.

The rest should come home. It's time. :tu
