Will Notre Dame be contenders for the National Championship next year?

I think the NBC guys said on Saturday that the Irish are losing eleven starters to graduation. If that's all, with Quinn and Walker coming back, I don't see any reason that they won't be a preseason top ten team. We'll know real early next season when ND plays a top-15 Georgia Tech team in Atlanta for their first game.
