Not sure, don't think Engelland could transplant a work ethic into Simmons. But making Leonard and Parker into deadly shooters shows he could fix any jumpshot if the player gives a shit.

I agree. The real problem with Ben is that he doesn't care to be any better than he is now. Don't know of any coach that is going to change that. Ben is purely a defensive specialist and a rim runner but he wants to play like a point guard. Without the shooting of course
