Would much rather have Dieng than Zach Collins, not even considering the money

To Detroit Pistons. Which is the same team that had Brian Wright as their Assistant GM.

Did not have to be one or the other.
Dieng for only 4 million one year.
What exactly did Dieng do or not do to merit not getting signed.
Unreal.
Dieng is a better player than Collins, regardless of Collins' health status.

What he did was, he got firsthand experience of the Spurs, and decided to sign someplace else.

Dieng is actually a very intelligent person. It would make sense that he saw some things he didn’t like in the organization.

I had thought it was team option.
Agree 100% an intelligent move away from Dictator and his complicit yes men and women.
So Numb Nutts and his minions did not offer Dieng substantially more then 4 mil @ 1 year?

Ever thought Dieng perhaps wanted to play with an upcoming deep playoff team rather that the Spurs and their links to Africa?

Yes that's why i'm asking if they offered him more to stay.
Say 6,7 hell even 8 mil for one year vs dumping way more money on Sore Foot and Indiana Whitey.

People always go fantasy mode I'm free agency. Saying "just sign him and him and thats all you have to do" acting like there aren't 29 other teams out there. Then when their fantasy summer doesn't pan out the way they want they say fuck the spurs lol. Some true idiots on this board

Why do so many people on this board hate white players. Larry Bird and Jerry West could walk in the door in their prime and many of you would say no thanks. Now, before you go off I paid my dues and use to be a member of the NAACP back in the day.

Once again overpaying a former Spur big. "Big" is used loosely here though.
