Denmark is the EU’s third-most vaccinated country, according to Our World in Data (https://ourworldindata.org/covid-vaccinations), with 71% of the population having received two shots.

That article links to OurWorldInData, which shows 145.7 vaccinations per hundred people in Denmark currently.

In that case, they just halfed the number on the presumption that it was double vaccinations all around. It wouldn't account for the single vaccinations at all.

This blog reported the number at under 60 percent two weeks ago. It doesn't source it, but it appears to be a more viable number based on the source that The (Pretend) Guardian used.
