Does this cancel out the tax decrease we got under Trump?

I fully expect those in favor to send in back taxes as a show of solidarity,

They aren't back taxes if taxes were never charged.

Lobbyists are swarming Washington like locusts. Funny, dentists are lobbying against expanding Medicare to dental because they wont get to keep fucking the middle class on dental work.

All those tax hikes will never pass

Would be a red tsunami if they did

It was a blue tsunami (one for the ages) when the GOP passed the TCJA tax cuts though... so who knows.

All these libs who want higher taxes are within their rights to send in however much they want of additional payments, but of course, none do. Studies show that higher corporate income taxes are borne primarily by the workers of the company. He wants to set the corporate rate at 32% which is higher than even Communist China's 25% rate. Anyone who understands economics knows this means loss of jobs in the US and lower wages in the US. Just what the Dems want so more people are dependent on the government.

Biden can propose all he wants.

He doesn't have even 48 Dem Senators willing to raise taxes on the bribing BigDonors, never mind 50 + 1 for reconciliation.

The oligarchy's wealth-protection bribes override any tax increase proposals.

Increase taxes is not the solution both parties can not spend more then what comes in.

I support all those tax hikes. 100%.

But they need to also eliminate the Trump SALT tax limit and make it in addition to the standard deduction (i.e. deductible without itemizing), as opposed to only deductible up to 10000 and only "in lieu of" the Standard deduction.

The bigger problem though is the spending. There needs to be mass large-scale sequestration of the federal budget, particularly on entitlements and foreign spending, which is arguably even more important right now than raising taxes.
