Cheating, fraud.

Must have been at least one Laker involved.

Or did a Laker arrange the scam?

Nah. Lakers would have gotten away with it and won a Nobel prize for revolutionizing the health care system.

LOL I remember when Tony Wroten was supposed to be this amazing point guard prospect. How the hell is Darius Miles doing stupid shit like this with all the god damn money he made though?

Most likely they will get just a small slap on the wrist but it depends on if they can afford good lawyers. I would assume most of them saved their NBA money but you just don't know

Not the brightest 18 going and with feds involved don’t be too sure re slap on wrist coming. Health care fraud is prosecuted I know of a doctor did ten years for false Medicare sham charges - bottom line sublime to do this scam

Probably a safer bet that most of them blew their NBA money. If Antoine Walker could burn through $110 million in career earnings in a few years wouldn't be surprised to see Chris Douglas-Roberts blow through his $3.5 million career earnings pretty quickly. Not like $3.5 million is a lot of money if you're an idiot.

Though I know of a senator who did 0 days for cheating Medicare out of billions of dollars.

Oh, Lord.

Dumbshit blew it in casinos. I think he's still a few million in the hole. Would have been better off spending the money on hookers and cocaine.
