What they did not do, and this is huge, is share information and allow US and the WHO to go in and also look at their data and lab info that THEIR own scientists wanted open to the rest of the world. They tried to hide info that could have lead to a swifter resolution or allowed us to spread out the rate of infection. We got way behind on info because of China.
And the sad thing is it is likely simply embarrassment that they did such a poor job of monitoring this stuff. They want to be seen a super power, but pretend like making mistakes by not sharing with other eyes to get a clearer assessment was unconscionable imo but very characteristic of one party countries. They are weak because they wont admit and hide mistakes.
