Is this the NBA or College Football??

It just amazes me how negative some Spurs fans here get after ONE loss. Let me make a bold statement/prediction: No team will EVER go undefeated, ever!!!

Lemme make another bold prediction. The Spurs will be a Championship contender come May!! Yes thats right, I know thats hard to believe, but despite a few losses in NOVEMBER, we will still be in the hunt. I know we are one of the worst teams in the NBA right now, probably one of the worst teams in history, but I have a feeling we will be alive come playoff time!

I just hope and pray that this HORRIBLE 10-3 start doesnt continue! 10-3???? Unacceptable! Thats on pace for a God-awful 63-19 record!! Wow we suck!!! :depressed

We didnt just lose mate, we loss to a scrub eastern team, everyteam has us on the radar, they want to prove sumthing against the champions, and we are takin them too lightly.

How did the Pistons start last year? They still went to the Finals.

Last year we lost to some bad teams as well, and things seemed to work out pretty well in 2004-05! :lol

WTF? The Bulls aren't scrub at all.
Scrubs don't beat the Spurs in EVERY category @SBC.

Now Mavs have blown out Pistons and Spurs, and won easlily @MIA, Mavs will be super fired up next Thu @DAL.

Anyone who thinks the Chicago Bulls are "a scrub Eastern Conference team" hasn't been watching much NBA Basketball. In the first place, there are more good teams in the East now than are in the West. And, curiously, the Chicago Bulls, while young and not a title contender yet, are certainly among the good teams in the East. I'll grant you they're not a title contender, but they will be a playoff team and they will be a tough out for whichever of the big guns in the East draws them in Round 1.

I always get a little more annoyed when they lose at home, since they never lose at home. I think after tonight they are 43-4 at home last 2 years. I don't think we match up well with the bulls. They have young athletic guards, that can really shoot the ball, when they play well they can cancel out Manu and Tony. They also have enough strong bigs to throw at Tim to really make him work hard. I can not remember the last time i saw Timmy work that hard for a 24 pt night. We will crush the Lakers on Tues and get this bad taste out of our mouth's.

Yes, good post.
Stop overreacting, it sucks to lose a game but it won't be the last loss of the season. 10-3 is a quite good start. Our goal is to win 16 playoff games.

I am actually quite happy the Spurs started out 10-3, given the Spurs history of starting slow. They have lost to 3 teams, and it's obvious the reason for them is that the defense is not up to par. It will take a few more months to work out the kinks, once it's down, it's playoff time! works out perfect doesn't it?

Losing hurts yeah, but IT'S STILL NOVEMBER GUYS!!! Chances are the Spurs will drop a few that'll make us pull our hair out between now and April. We still have a long way to go, so get comfy.

But as for the here and now, Pop will bookmark this game as to how NOT to perform defensively. The Spurs will bounce back. Pop will make sure of it.

I've never understood post count smack, because most of the time the people with the highest post counts make a lot of there posts whilst working. That doesn't mean they need to get a life, that means they have a life and are they are getting paid to talk about the Spurs :lol
