I read an article, IIRC, on the mysa.com site about this restaurant within the past couple weeks, but search article for that site, and for google doesn't bring it up.
It may be Cool Cafe, but I think I would have remembered that name, so I think it's something else.
Anybody know of another one?
thanks

El Rafas is too close in.
Shisha sounds far enough out as I remember it.
Shisha Cafe
(210) 694-4800
5500 Babcock Rd
San Antonio, TX 78240
And in fact, it was not mysa.com where I saw it, but some local TV news story. I remember a seeing a bunch of terrorist-look-alikes, not that there's anything wrong with racial profiling. :)
hookah article mentioning Shisha and Cool:

It's gonna suck if the food is worthwhile but the place stinks of hookahs. hookahs aren't coverd by SA smoking ordinance.

Now to see if Shisha's north African cuisine is authentic as is found in Paris, or blandly "Americanized".
Also, looking for a good Greek and Indian restaurants. Demo's Blanco/410 was really weak, but maybe their main one across from Greek Orthodox church is better.
thanks
