Capella starts it with the soft version of Kevin McHale clothes lining Rambis. But c'mon, it was no where even near that level.
Now watch what Mobely does next. Pure Zaza technique.

I don't know about intent to seriously injure, no, but it could be Capellas knee is really F'd up. Mobely backed into him on purpose 100.

Cheapshot. That second leg hump pushoff was to gain plenty of ammo to smack into Capellas leg. It was revenge motive 100.
Altho i would coach Capella to move the hell out of the way on a dead ball.

Looks like he launched into the knee.
Fucking Stockton did that to Robinson

On Mobley's behalf, he was hammered by Capela first, and landed on his back. Then he does seem to make an unnatural jump backwards onto Capela's leg, but Mobley doesn't have eyes on the back of his head there's no way of telling for sure what was on his mind... and if you play with fire you get burned, so...

This, no way that was intentional. He had no idea where Capela was. Actually that was a cheap and bad foul by Capella. He was the one causing him to fall backwards.

100.
He makes an absolute conscious effort to shove off and extends with his left leg about as hard as he can. Why do that if you are simply trying to break your fall?

Was in retaliation for what he perceived as a cheapie from Capella.

Mobely could have also been injured by Capella had he come down wrong from the clothes line, for sure.

There is no argument that Capella was a dirty foul

Definitely was intentional. It’s completely clear in the video. It was a revenge move for that soft shoulder tug.
